Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

At Ivalgo, we aim to get your new wardrobe essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Timeline
Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a confirmation email once your package is on the move.

2. Delivery Estimates (US Only)
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your state. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 12 business days, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at service@ivalgo.com so we can investigate and make it right.
